Bowen White
Bowen White currently serves as the Associate Director of INSEAD's GPEI, the business school's Centre in private equity. As Associate Director, he leads its research and outreach activities and has published on topics including operational value creation, venture capital, LP portfolio construction and minority investment in family businesses. Bowen's new book, Mastering Private Equity: Transformation via Venture Capital, Minority Investments & Buyouts, co-authored with two INSEAD professors, systematically distils the essence of private equity into core concepts throughout the private equity life cycle. A companion book, Private Equity in Action, takes the reader on a tour of the private equity investment world through a series of case studies written by INSEAD faculty and taught at the world's leading business schools. An alumnus of INSEAD's MBA program, Bowen earned a BSBA from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
